Workflow Allocation Administrator

Description

Just Retirement Life (South Africa) Limited is recruiting for a 12-month learnership programme. 

We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the Client Services and Administration team, as well as the Underwriting team, to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. No previous working experience is required as the programme provides on-the-job training.

The Workflow Allocation Administrator will be responsible for indexing of workflow cases and emails for the Client Services and Administration and Underwriting teams. Specific responsibilities include processing of incoming instructions for:

  •      Continuous monitoring of our underwriting and operations ticketing system and allocation of tickets to underwriters and the operations team.
  • Alerting the underwriting and operations team of any urgent or overdue cases.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders about any important aspects of cases such as if there are any delays.
  • Forming part of the review and checking process to check that cases have been captured correctly in the system by underwriters before the case is closed.
  • Assisting the operations team to close cases and issue policy documents.
  • Policy Maintenance
  • Completing Recognition of Transfers.
  • Submitting tax directives and following up on outstanding tax certificates.
  • To actively participate in the organisation’s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to processes and service-related matters.
  • Ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time.

 

Experience
